By Completing the contact form on the website

Contact forms on our website collect only basic information that includes; name, email address, telephone number, a subject matter, the service you are interested in and any other information that you feel is relevant. We use this information for calling you back or emailing you about your enquiry. We store it until it’s confirmed whether it’s a live project, in which case it’s stored against the clients file, if it amounts to nothing the data is deleted.

 

By responding to any personal email from ITsECPC

If you are an existing client of ITsECPC any correspondence via email will be saved and used for the purposes of historical information or point of reference throughout the life of the project and will be stored indefinitely whilst the client is still a customer of ITsECPC. If not a client, information will be stored until they either become a client or it’s confirmed they are not.

 

By calling ITsECPC and responding to questions about any potential or actual project that we may discuss between us.

If you call ITsECPC we may take written notes of our conversation, they are never recorded. If you are an existing client these will be used for the purpose of furthering any current project or future required work. If making an enquiry, the notes will be used for quotation purposes and stored until the project becomes live or not.

 

Email marketing campaigns

ITsECPC will email its customers from time to time to inform them of changes that affect their website or email hosting services. Also changes in legislation and pricing of services that affect their business. No email address is ever sold on to a 3rd party, marketing emails are only ever sent to clients of ITsECPC. Tracking data will be collected on when and how often emails are opened and what if any links were clicked.

 

Via any face to face meeting with a representative from ITsECPC where questions about a potential or actual project may take place.

Notes taken at face to face meetings are, if an existing client, used for the purpose of furthering any current project or future required work. If an initial meeting, the notes will be used for quotation purposes and stored until the project becomes live or not.

 

Training Courses

From time to time we may deliver some training courses, notification of these courses will be via group email to existing clients only, with links through to online course registration forms where name, email addresses, contact numbers and course requirements maybe requested. This data is used only for understanding who will be attending the training and on which dates. Data is stored for future reference purposes and to improve communication.

Confidential course feedback forms are issued and stored for the purpose of developing and improving our training courses.

 

How do we use any personal information?

Any personal information collected is used for the purposes outlined above. It is never sold or given to any 3rd party unless required to do so by law. Any new client information is added to our internal database and will used for communicating about their project or for receiving important information as outlined in Email Marketing campaigns (shown above).

 

How long do we keep your personal data for?

All data relating to live clients is kept indefinitely until they are no longer a client of ITsECPC. Old client data is stored for accounting purposes for the minimum required time, the data is then securely disposed.

 

Your rights to personal data

ITsECPC respects your right to access and control your data. If you wish to have access to the data we hold on you, please contact the Data Controller requesting this, please email datacontroller@itsecpc.co.uk. Any corrections, deletions, withdrawal of consent, restrictions and complaints will be all dealt with after this initial request.
